Music has been the cornerstone of every day of my life!
From a childhood filled with dancing, both by me and by my parents, through the immeasurable blessing of raising my son, who began accompanying me on piano at the tender age of eight. And it continued on to the music ministry that my exceptional husband shares today with me and my son!
Having the privilege of sharing the incredible joy of music with so many
—at nursing homes, weddings, memorial services, tent revivals, and our church services that are an outreach through being televised twice each week—is truly a humble blessing. From directing choirs for over 20 years to the gift of solos since I was a child, music is the extraordinary, miraculous blessing that continues to take my breath away.
Everything I do or say goes through the “God Filter,” for each word we speak or action we take sends out ripples. Each ripple has the potential to wither and fade away, or become stronger, a tsunami, a hurricane. I never want anything that I’ve done or said to harm anyone, so choosing to be kind, supportive, and loving feels like what I’ve been called to do. Each song goes through the God Filter and is chosen by His guidance. And each song is dedicated to Him with endless gratitude.
